Construction and Maintenance

£34k - £35k per annum

Daily responsibilities will include:
- Carry out various multi trade tasks to a high standard as instructed by the Company including but not limited to
- Plumbing
- Carpentry
- Plastering/tiling
- Brickwork / concrete practice
- Landscaping/fencing
- Painting and Decorating
- You will be front facing with our customers therefor proving professional customer service is key in this role
- To wear appropriate clothing / uniform
- To ensure areas of work are left clean and tidy at the end of the day
- To be responsible for and take due care of the company van in accordance with the company car policy
Requirements for this role
- Good customer service skills
- A full UK Driving Licence
- Previous plumbing experience within social housing
- Knowledge of health and safety standards
