£33,000- £36,000 Per Annum+ Van and fuel card
Permanent Position
Daily responsibilities for a Multi Trader will include:
- Carrying out repairs on occupied and void properties
- Day to day repair works in the disrepair team
- Carpentry and Plumbing repairs
Requirements for the role:
- Ideally a core strength trade background with some other skills e.g plumbing, carpentry, plastering
- Must have social housing experience .
- A full UK driving license .
