Daniel Owen are a recruitment company that specialise in placing people within the maintenance, construction, engineering & rail industries. We are currently working on behalf of a large Housing Association.
My Client are currently looking for Multi Trade Carpenters and Multi Trade Plumbers to carry out maintenance repairs across the South London area.
Duties will include: - Carpentry, Plumbing, Door Hanging, Skirtings, UPVC and Lock repairs within social housing - If your main trade is plumbing basic carpentry is fine, same with main trade as Carpentry.
The successful candidate will have experience working within the Social Housing sector and reactive maintenance.
This role is a re-active role with a van & fuel card supplied.
