Office Manager required for a SME facilities services company based in Wandsworth. My client is looking for an experienced, determined professional office manager to organise and ensure their offices are organised on a day to day basis.
- Ordering stock and supplies, managing budgets
- Managing calender or schedule
- Ensure excellent client service - managing and facilitating all client service needs with a genuine and friendly attitude
- Be first point of contact
- Organise social events
- Book travel arrangements
- Reconcile receipts, expense reports and other office expenses
