One of social housing clients are looking to hire an Out of Hours/Night Shift- Call Handler for a role in South East London working within their call centre on a temporary to permanent basis on an out of hours contract.
This role is working within a thriving call centre on a large social housing and reactive repairs contract. You will be responsible for of dealing with customer calls including Repairs, Noise Complaints and Homelessness.
Emergency calls into the Contact Centre are between the hours of 17:00pm - 09:00am on weekdays and from 17:00pm on Friday to 09:00am on Monday. It is therefore essential that candidates are able to work a 36 hour per week, rotating shift pattern which consists of a combination of the below shifts.
Evening shift - 17:00 - 23:00, overnight shift - 20:00 - 09:00 and weekend shifts ranging from 08:00 - 23:00. The rota is a set 15 week pattern
