Painter and Decorator
Job Type: Permanent

Location: Ladbroke Grove
Salary: £16-17 per hour
Our client is looking for an experienced Painter and Decorator who will be joining the voids team to work on a project based in Ladbroke Grove, which is accessible by underground, overground, and bus.
Daily responsibilities of a Painter and Decorator are:
- Working in void properties carrying out internal and external repaints, gloss and emulsion work
- Preparing and filling surfaces
- Wallpaper hanging
Requirements of a Painter and Decorator are:
- CSCS Labourers Card
- NVQ Level 3 in Painting
- Asbestos Awareness
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Previous experience in a similar role within the social housing sector
This is a static role so there will be no van or fuel card provided.
