Job Share alongside another receptionist.
This exciting opportunity has arisen in a fast paced business centre based in Berkshire. My client is looking for a savvy receptionist with previous experience within a fast paced environment. Someone with the ability to multi task, be client facing and support the manager with the day to day of the centre.
Duties will include:
- Answering inbound calls
- Dealing with couriers and parcel delivery
- Data entry
- Administration support to manager
- Dealing with client issues
- Customer support
The ideal candidate will be:
- Forward thinking
- Have the ability to remain level headed in a fast paced busy environment
- Client facing
- Excellent communication skills
- Well presented
- Ability to multi task
Previous experience within Data entry, Billing and Property management is highly desired but not essential. Sage experience is also a desired skill for my client.
