This is an exciting opportunity to join a Nationwide Contractor within the property services sector.
£30,000-£33,000 Per Annum+ Van and fuel card
Permanent Position
Daily responsibilities for a Multi Trader will include:
- Carrying out General Maintenance on occupied properties
- Kitchen and Bathroom Installation
- Plastering and Tiling
- Carpentry and Plumbing repairs and Maintenance
Requirements for the role:
- Ideally a core strength trade background with some other skills e.g plumbing, carpentry, plastering
- Must have social housing experience
- A full UK driving license
