We are looking for Project Administrators to join a dynamic team in Oldbury.
This is a temp to perm position.
You will have scheduling or coordinating experience.
Offering a salary of £22,000 - £25,000, fantastic career progression opportunities plus great benefits detailed below.
WORKING HOURS: Monday to Friday 8-5
THE ROLE: * Coordinate project timelines between clients and external stakeholders. * Monitor project timelines and deadlines. * Work with the scheduling team to set up assignments. * Keep stakeholders informed and updated of project timelines and deadlines. * Amend updates and changes to the project schedules. * Document project scheduling processes. * Office and administrative duties with the planning and scheduling. SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES: * Scheduling experience. * Experience working in an office environment. * Administration experience. * Excellent attention to detail. * Excellent organisational, time-management, and communication skills. * Good understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
