New role in for a Project Manager with a Construction Consultancy based in Birmingham.
This is a well established firm offering a variety of professional construction consultancy services such as project and programme management and Quantity Surveying / Cost Management. They have a number of very successful years behind them already and are working towards an ambitious business plan for future growth.
Their workload in terms of clients / projects is equally varied working both nationally and internationally with a number of blue chip clients. Whilst they have particularly strong expertise in sectors such as pharmaceuticals and hospitality they have a great deal of experience in other sectors such as healthcare and education.
We are now looking for a Project Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will be working with an experienced team on the co-ordination of a busy programme of refurbishment and fitouts for a client in the hospitality sector so there will be several projects at different stages all running concurrently. You will be leading the projects from inception to completion working directly with the client and ensuring project delivery on time and on budget with some travel being necessary especially on completion / snagging etc.
