My client is actively on the lookout for responsible candidates who can inspect the works carried out on a weekly basis and inform of any defects / incorrect building procedures on site. You would need to be familiar with the drawings and this is where the document controller aspect of things would come into play.
1: Gather the information
2: Document the information
3: Check the information
4: Report of any findings relating to the information / drawings received.
5: Allocate to the relevant personnel managing the project.
6: Check the works on site are being constructed in accordance with the relevant information received and within building regulations.
7: Report any findings and issue quality checks and document checks on a weekly basis.
