Job Description

I have an exciting opportunity for a Receptionist / Administrator based in the buzzing town of Solihull. My client is looking for an experienced Receptionist / Administrator who can hit the ground running. As the receptionist/ Administrator you will be the first point of call to all clients within the building. You will be supporting the day to day operations of the centre and you will be assisting the Centre manager keep on top of paperwork, admin duties and maintenance issues within the building.

Duties include:

  • Answering inbound telephone calls
  • Keeping reception area tidy
  • Dealing with all parcels that come in and out of the building
  • Ensuring all clients are happy and addressing any needs they have
  • Health and safety checks around the building
  • Using the company online portal to log maintenance issues
  • Liaising with relevant contractors for any maintenance repairs
  • Organising client entertainment on special occasions
  • Building strong client relationships
  • Directing customers to the relevant place
  • Supporting the centre manager with day to day operations of building

The successful candidate:

  • Will have previous receptionist/ administration experience
