Salary: £20,000 - £24,000 Per annum OTE £30k + Incentives & rewards

We are currently looking for a Recruitment Administrator to join our construction trades and Labour team in our office based in Bristol. No prior Recruitment experience or qualifications are required for this position, instead we are looking for someone who wants to maximise their experience in a high-energy and successful sales environment.
What you will be doing as a Recruitment Administrator:
- Aiding experienced trades recruiters
- Managing candidate applications and briefly telephone interviewing
- Completing all employee right to work documentation
- Advertising roles
- Maintaining our internal database ensuring all information is correct and up to date
- Using own initiative to create content for social media to create brand awareness
- Liaising with candidates to discuss hours worked and processing payroll
- Resolving pay queries
No experience is required for this role, we are looking for a highly professional hard worker, this person will be confident on the telephone and able to conduct brief telephone interviews with a wide range of tradesmen. You will be working closely with experienced Property Service recruiters to assist for some of Daniel Owens largest accounts ensuring the best service possible is delivered.
