Whether it's Crossrail, HS1, talks about HS2 or a station refurbishment, the Rail industry is most definitely going through a significant period of investment and growth. Over the past two years our Rail team has peformed strongly and are in a great position to expand; as a result we are looking for a talented and driven Recruitment Consultant to join them in our London office.
This team work extremely hard to uphold our five-star RISQS accreditation that has been approved by the Railway governing body to supply qualified railway workers to some of the leading Rail contractors. This is a specialist market and the role requires a fast paced, intelligent recruiter who has the mindset of working smarter, not harder, as this is the key to becoming a successful Rail Recruiter.
In this sector the sky is the limit in terms of opportunity for personal growth, career progression and earning potential. Due to the amount of investment going in to the sector it is inevitable that a great recruiter that can build strong relationships will thrive in this market.
This role entails regular face-to-face contact with clients and candidates to secure vacancies, develop relationships, carry out registrations but also to gain knowledge and information about the sector. The use of our internal database, job boards and social media are critical for resourcing to build your candidate community. The team benefits from a dedicated Rail Compliance officer to support payroll and compliance processing.
The ideal candidate would have worked in recruitment most recently or would have worked within Rail. Either way our aim will be to support you to be a high achiever and progress you through our bespoke career plan.
