Job Description

About the role: You play a critical role within your sales teams, ensuring suitable candidate resources are in place so billing consultants can fulfil client requirements and win business. As Resourcing Consultant you resource and manage the candidate pool for a Consultant or team of Consultants, ensuring client and candidate service standards are met and internal compliance and payroll processes are adhered to.

Candidate administration

  • Complete all elements of candidate pre-start and transfer compliance checks and registrations
  • Manage your consultant or team's timesheet and payment processes so all workers/freelancers are paid on time and any pay queries resolved within 24 hours
  • Be an RDB advocate and ensure all activity and updates are recorded correctly

Candidate Community and Management

  • Own and grow your candidate community, map, track and share, and be the go to candidate point of contact
  • Prepare your candidates for every job and interview and present them professionally to your client
  • When you candidate has a problem, make sure it gets satisfactorily resolved
  • Ask for referrals and make sure your candidates know about and receive their loyalty awards
  • Go on site, see your candidates, see your clients; face to face helps builds relationships
  • Be a careers adviser - know your candidates' motivators, help them make career decisions and format/update CVs to for best presentation*

Candidate Sourcing - social and online

  • Create a following on social media through active use and use it appropriately to promote your jobs, yourself and the Daniel Owen brand Be a Boolean search expert and share your knowledge with your team
  • Place excellent ads and make sure every candidate experience is as good as it can be
  • Pro-actively use RDB, social media and job boards to source suitable candidates

Sales and Client Relationships

  • Be a lead generator and sharer - not just in your own team
  • Collaborate with clients, understand their hiring requirements and help find them solutions
  • Resolve your clients' queries, and if you can't, pass them to someone who can
  • Cover for your colleagues, when they go out or take a break, keep the plates spinning!

Team Support

  • Share your knowledge with your team colleagues, and be the promoter of systems best practice within the team * white collar teams
