Job Description

Daniel Owen are currently looking for a Hotel Maintenance Manager to work across the London Region with two hotels in Scotland. The role be overseeing nine hotels altogether ensuring good knowledge of plant equipment, multi-site management and ability to motivate and manage a team.

The company have several hotels across the country however your main area is London.

Role: Regional Maintenance Manager

Contract: Permanent

Location: Covering London

Salary: £45,000 - £50,000

Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing the maintenance of nine hotels with seven in London and two in Scotland ensuring smooth running of all maintenance across several sites as well as managing a team
  • Communicate with Housekeeping to coordinate and prioritize maintenance activities for Guest rooms and public areas
  • Develop systems and procedures to ensure the health and safety of Guests and Team Members, as well as the proper conditions for plants, machinery, and property
  • Communicate with Government agencies to ensure full compliance with statutory regulations
  • Prepare Capital and Repairs and Maintenance budgets for Engineering
  • Perform daily checks around the hotel
  • Conduct lift emergency release procedures as required
  • Diagnose, maintain, and repair mechanical equipment within the hotel
  • Ensure good relationships are built with internal and external customers
  • Maintenance of all hotel fixtures and fittings to ensure they are in safe condition and take action when any unsafe situations arise
  • Perform special projects and other responsibilities as assigned

Requirements:

  • Knowledgeable of plan equipment and reactive and planned maintenance
  • Experience multi-site management
  • Able to motivate and lead a team
  • Full Uk driving license
  • Excellent communication skills
