Currently working with a leading Repairs Contractor they are looking for a Call-handler / Customer Services Officer - Social Housing to join the team.
This will be a customer facing role dealing with inbound calls from tenants, raising repairs and managing operatives.
You may also be chasing the operatives and providing administrative support.
Looking for someone with;
- Customer Service Experience (Call Centre)
- Competent in MS Office
- Ability to multi-task
3 - 6 months working the following days, 16 hours per week
On any of the below shift patterns;
1 x Mon, Tues, Thurs and Fri 08.00 - 12.00
1 x Mon - Thurs 09.00 - 13.00
1 x Mon, Tues, Wed and Fri 13.00 - 17.00
