Looking for someone to carry out the below duties;
- Effectively plan and organise all diary administration ensuring that all the workforce and subcontractors are kept fully updated.
- Ensure follow on appointments with customers are arranged, where jobs require more than one visit
- Handling all calls and monitor all works orders, seek further information for jobs when required
- Enter all work orders in the computerised repairs system and liaise with supervisors on a regular basis.
The successful candidate must have strong experience of working in property maintenance in a social housing environment. Relevant experience of planning and scheduling repairs works and knowledge of diagnosing and analysing repairs works is required. Good verbal and written communication skills along with the ability to use your own initiative and solve problems are essential. In addition to this, you must be approachable and able to work under pressure.
This position will be on a shift pattern requiring one Saturday out of the month.
