Working with a large Repairs Organisation, duties will include;
Managing productivity of Day to Day Repair operatives through effective management of diarised schedule. Ensuring correct diagnostics apply and relevant SOR Rates are applied by Customer Service Centre. Ensure correct Standard Minute Values are applied and correct trade scheduled to works. Ensure scheduling team manage operatives diary to optimise productivity.
- Conduct team meetings to update members on best practices and continuing expectations
- To ensure that CCAs are achieving a productivity benchmark. To maximise performance, quality and delivery of KPIs.
- Through the use of Quality Assessments, call monitoring and coaching, to ensure that CCAs are handling calls and emails in a manner that is technically accurate and which provides high-quality, friendly and efficient customer service.
Must have experience within Housing Repairs, Construction or similar field!
