Job Description
We are looking for a Resident Liaison Officer to deliver a high standard of customer care for all residents, ensuring strong communication links between the clients and dealing with any issues that arise.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 GCSE'S Grade C or above including Maths and English
- NVQ in Customer Care
- Over 2 years experience
- Valid driving licence
- Experience of Housing and/or Planned Maintenance
- I.T Literate
Job will be located in Heath Town Wolverhampton and rates will be dependant on experience.
