Daniel Owen Ltd is looking for a Resourcing Consultant to join their Property Services team based in St Pauls, London. The role offers rapid career progression and gives you the opportunity to widen your skills and knowledge. A Resourcing Consultant's role is to maintain and grow a candidate database whilst ensuring all candidates are compliant and paid on time - every time.

Day to day duties of a Resourcing Consultant are:

  • Face to face interaction with candidates
  • High volume of outbound and inbound calls
  • Collection of time-sheets and getting workers paid on time - every time
  • Collecting all compliance documents within a tight deadline
  • Posting market knowledge regularly on all social media platforms
  • Meeting all KPI's on a weekly basis
  • Posting new jobs on to job boards for candidates to apply to
  • Liaising with clients to take job specs though you will not be required to do sales

You don't need to have previous recruitment experience, though a background in sales, customer service, a coordinator role or alternatively the construction or property services industries would be an advantage. What's most important is that you:

  • Have drive and motivation to meet targets
  • Are motivated by financial reward and are ambitious to progress your career
  • Are keen to learn and have an interest in developing a specialist knowledge of the property services industry.
  • Are pro-active and can think on your feet
  • Have great communication skills
  • Are resilient, competitive and a true team player
  • Have the ability to finish tasks quickly but thoroughly
  • React quickly and appropriately to the needs of the team
