My client is looking for a savvy, confident and customer focused receptionist to join the team at their offices in The City of London.
Possesing skills such as:
- Clear communication skills both written and verbal
- Previous Front of House Experience and Ideally within a Serviced Office/ Business Centre Environment
- Confident with Microsoft Packages
- Excellent Telephone Manor
- Customer facing
- Team Player
- Can Do Attitude
Duties include but not limited to:
- Answering inbound calls
- Providing first class customer service to all customers and clients within the building
- Ad hoc administrative duties
- Supporting the centre manager with all office moves and any duties they need
- Being on top of all maintenance issues within building and getting maintenance operative to fix them
