Job Description

An Amazing opportunity has arisen for a forward thinking Receptionist/ Centre Assistant based in the City.

My client is looking for a savvy, confident and customer focused receptionist to join the team at their offices in The City of London.

Possesing skills such as:

  • Clear communication skills both written and verbal
  • Previous Front of House Experience and Ideally within a Serviced Office/ Business Centre Environment
  • Confident with Microsoft Packages
  • Excellent Telephone Manor
  • Customer facing
  • Team Player
  • Can Do Attitude

Duties include but not limited to:

  • Answering inbound calls
  • Providing first class customer service to all customers and clients within the building
  • Ad hoc administrative duties
  • Supporting the centre manager with all office moves and any duties they need
  • Being on top of all maintenance issues within building and getting maintenance operative to fix them
