I am delighted to be partnering with one of the UK's leading developers of Contract Housing in their search for a Site Manager for a new site in West Yorkshire.
The company have been in operation for 10 years and have expanded exponentially over that period and currently have sites across the UK. Due to new Project wins they require an experienced Site Manager to join the Yorkshire Region.
Candidates will have a demonstrable track record within the new build Residential Sector. Previous experience of building Social Housing would be a distinct advantage. Key duties will include:
- Full day to day management of site
- Management of Subcontractors
- Health & Safety
- Quality Control
- Managing interface with Client / Clients representative
- Producing reports and Project updates
- Supporting Commercial team with Contractual requirements (JCT / Design & Build)
- Attending and chairing meetings
