I am currently working with a leading property maintenance company who are looking to appoint a Site Manager on a temporary to permanent basis. They currently have a contract doing full kitchens and bathrooms for a local housing association in the North East.
I am looking for a Site Manager from a public sector background to work on a 3 month temporary period with a permanent job at the end of it for the right candidate.
The right candidate will have the following:
- Public sector / domestic experience
- Excellent Health and Safety on site
- Driving License
Interviews to take place ASAP with the contract starting at the end of April.
Work could stem between Gateshead and Blyth but interviews to take place in Gateshead. A company van will be provided.
Must be willing to provide the following:
- SMSTS and other relevant Certificates
- Passport or Birth Certificate and NI proof
- 2 names and numbers of reference contacts.
