Job Description
My established client are always looking for a variety of different operatives to work on their site in South End. You will be carrying out anything to do with their soft rip out works.
Role: Site Operatives, including Labourer, Painter/decorator, ganger or site operative
Location: Shoeburyness, South end
Contract: Temporary
Hourly rate: £11 - £14ph dependent on role
Responsibilities (Depending on role):
- Labouring
- Keeping site tidy and safe
- Dealing with deliveries
- Ripping out ceilings/walls
- Moving deliveries and equipment
- Painting and decorating
- Overseeing site operatives
Requirements:
- CSCS Card
- Site pass
- IPAF
- Relevant qualifications to trade
