Job Description

I am working with a well known public body in the industry to help appoint a Supply Chain Co-ordinator into their Facilities team on a permanent basis.

This role provides planning services for the supply chain solutions across the clients Property Services division. The successful candidate will be responsible for the co-ordination of the clients vehicle fleet. You will be responsible for ensuring that the front line delivery teams have appropriate support in order to maximise productivity and service delivery across all business streams in the directorate.

The client is looking for a candidate who has experience communicating effectively with external stakeholders, customers and staff and has the ability to support the development of a customer-driven service and ensure continuous improvement.

A key aspect of this role will be to maintain data associated with regulatory requirements for the third party solutions provisions, primarily managed services, fleet management and waste management, and to monitor, report and advise on performance.

The client has expressed that they are not particularly looking for somebody who has specifically had experience working within this sector, but somebody who holds the right knowledge to carry though in to this role.

Monday to Friday working pattern. Between £24-£25k annual salary.
