To manage and direct the performance of the tenancy management team. This includes overseeing the delivery of services for tenancy management, tenancy enforcement, anti-social behaviour, void and letting control and resident involvement provided in the Area Housing office for tenants and leaseholders. This includes the day to day supervision of Tenancy Management Advisers, Anti-Social Behaviour Officers and Tenancy Management Assistants.
- Team Leaders will be responsible for supporting the Housing Services Manager or the Area Housing Manager on service policy and strategy development and implementation, and also where appropriate statutory and professional accountabilities, as well as commissioning services.
- Responsible for achieving performance targets relating to their area of responsibility.
- Responsible to the Housing Services Manager or Area Housing Manager for achieving agreed performance outcomes and standards, which will be reviewed at least, on an annual basis.
- Expected to be committed to the companies 'Core Principles and Key Aims' and must demonstrate this commitment in the way they carry out their duties and responsibilities.
