We are currently seeking talented individuals that are looking to kick-start a rewarding career as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our well-established Property Services team in Central London. A Trainee Recruiter role is fast-paced, dynamic and offers new challenges every day - no two days are ever the same! Our property services division is one of the most successful teams in the business so you will appreciate joining a team that have a very good brand in the industry that are able to hand over warm clients and candidates, meaning you won't be coming into a cold desk.

What you will be doing as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant:

  • Managing and maintaining client relationships through the fulfilment of needs and expectations
  • Sourcing and selecting correct candidates for each role
  • Managing candidate administration including timesheets and right to work documentation
  • Using the Job boards to conduct CV searches and post job adverts
  • Using our tailored database to search for candidates
  • Using social media platforms like LinkedIn to become an expert in the Property Services Sector

We are looking for a driven, motivated, and ambitious individuals that preferably have previously worked in sales or recruitment but we are open to hearing form those who have worked to deadlines and in target driven environments.
