Job Description

We have a number of Trainee and Graduate level Quantity Surveyor opportunities with a highly successful, privately owned developer based in the Midlands. They specialise in developing new build, refurbishment and regeneration schemes for affordable and private housing and work across the Midlands. This is a really well established company with a strong commercial team that can offer great support and training to those trainee Quantity Surveyors joining them.

We are looking for either Trainee level Quantity Surveyors or undergraduates looking for an opportunity to work on a day release basis whilst studying. You may have just recently completed HNC or be part way through your degree in Quantity Surveying or similar. Alternatively you may be about to graduate in 2019 and be looking for a Graduate Quantity Surveying role. There is the option to either take the role up after you have completed your degree or to start on a part time basis whilst you complete your final year. Our client is very flexible on all of these options.

We are though looking for current undergraduates from a commercial construction degree course such as Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management or similar. We don't necessarily require industry experience although this is preferred, but you must already be based locally in the Midlands region and you must also be able to drive in order to get to site. You will initially be assisting the Senior Quantity Surveyors and will quickly gain experience in the Quantity Surveying role. An excellent opportunity to train and undoubtedly a great start to your career in construction.
