Job Description
Duties will include;
Management of void properties within your department Organising works and updating clients in line with completion dates Answering calls from clients in regard to repairs/maintenance issues within their properties while consistently providing an exceptional level of customer service Planning/scheduling multi-trade operative's workloads, using bespoke software packages
To ensure the void tracker is updated and void packs are prepared for the client
To liaise with sub-contractors regarding raising PO's (electrics / works and EPCs and R&D Surveys)
Required:
Social housing experience
Voids / Asbestos experience
Experience using Microsoft Excel
Have an excellent eye for detail and a flexible approach as well as being articulate and a good communicator
Be motivated to progress within the company
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with a high degree of professionalism
