We are currently partnering with a successful Civil Engineering specialist, who due to continued growth are looking to appoint a Work Scheduler to their team at their Head Office in Durham.
The business is privately owned, and has an enviable reputation as a leader in the provision of Civil Engineering and Re-instatement services across the North East and Yorkshire.
The Work Scheduler will report directly to the Operations Director, and will ensure that the 30 teams providing reactive maintenance are coordinated efficiently and effectively, to guarantee that customer expectations are met and exceeded.
This is a newly created role, that has been created as the company evolves and develops it's operational structure. As a result, previous experience within the Civil Engineering sector is not essential, as training and support will be provided. However, candidates must be able to demonstrate previous experience within a role (ideally scheduling or logistics) that has required high levels of organisational and planning skills, strong interpersonal communication skills and good all-round IT ability.
