You'll oversee every aspect of the client journey, ensuring top-notch workplace environments from inception to completion.
With a proven track record, you thrive in the varied responsibilities of project management. From leading multi-disciplined teams and subcontractors to managing project programs, design, quality, and safety, you're adept at navigating every challenge with finesse.
With excellent interpersonal skills, you effortlessly build relationships and communicate effectively, guiding projects with precision and integrity.
Responsibilities:
Act as a collaborative team player and leader.
Demonstrate a strong track record of successful fit-out project delivery.
Serve as an on-site client representative and liaison.
Manage diverse site teams effectively.
Prioritize cost control measures.
Generate detailed program and progress reports.
Lead client and professional team meetings.
Conduct thorough site reviews, including safety audits, progress assessments, and quality checks.
Utilize planning software to meticulously plan and program projects.
Oversee health and safety protocols, including risk assessments and method statements.
Manage neighborhood relationships, with knowledge of relevant standards like CCS.
Conduct inspections, including those requiring work at heights or scaffold traversal.
Prepare comprehensive closeout schedules and O&M manuals.
Showcase strong presentation skills for work-winning efforts, including bids and interviews.
Provide mentorship to trainees.
Minimum Requirements:
Proven experience at the Project Manager level.
Previous experience with main contractors.
Expertise in commercial, Industrial fit-out projects.
Trade, technical, or degree background preferred.
Thorough understanding of the construction process.
