The client was undergoing a huge operational shift which needed a complete workforce re-structure alongside their existing council framework as a separate area of the business.
This partnership involved consulting on department structures, identifying requirements and recruiting the appropriate skill sets across repairs & maintenance, voids, planned works, disrepair, electrical, gas, damp & mould, and fire safety as well as cleaning, catering, estates, and facilities management.
The challenge was extremely complex; they needed an agency capable of sourcing a high volume of compliant, skilled personnel whilst head-hunting experienced Directors and Management to implement the local authorities vision whilst looking at their structures/pay scales against the local authority structure.
