The Challenge
Our client faced the challenge of sourcing skilled, younger workers to fill key roles, focusing on aligning recruitment with their social values and community goals. They required a recruitment partner to provide candidates and develop a sustainable workforce swiftly.

We partnered with the Construction Youth Trust, identifying and placing a young labourer who had been out of work for six months. Upon his placement, he quickly gained his CSCS card and an additional traffic marshal qualification.
