2025 Christmas Payroll Deadlines

Please see below the Christmas payroll deadlines:
Week Ending 12th December – payment on 19th December
Deadline for timesheets is 10am on Wednesday 17th December – all timesheets need to be in by this time for workers to be paid before Christmas. There are no catch-up payrolls on Thursday 18th and Friday 19th December.
Money will be in the bank on Friday 19th December – payslips will be sent as usual on Wednesday 17th December.
Week Ending 19th December payment on 24th December
Due timesheets will be processed at midday on Wednesday 17th December. Clients to send in timesheets for WE 19th December as early as possible and process them as soon as they come in.
Deadline for timesheets will be 10am on Monday 22nd December – all timesheets need to be processed by this time for workers to be paid by Christmas. There will be a catch-up payroll on Tuesday 23rd December for any timesheets received by 10am.
Money will be in the bank on Friday 24th December – payslips will be sent on Monday 22nd December.
WE 26th December – payment on Friday 2nd January
Due timesheets will be processed at midday on 23rd December.
Deadline for timesheets is 10am on Tuesday 30th December. There will be no catch-up payrolls.
