The Challenge
Our client faced the challenge of sourcing skilled, younger workers to fill key roles, focusing on aligning recruitment with their social values and community goals. They required a recruitment partner to provide candidates and develop a sustainable workforce swiftly.
The Solution
We partnered with the Construction Youth Trust, identifying and placing a young labourer who had been out of work for six months. Upon his placement, he quickly gained his CSCS card and an additional traffic marshal qualification.
Our approach didn’t stop with recruitment; we provided dedicated account management to ensure the client’s evolving requirements were met. This included leveraging our network of skilled candidates and focusing on skills development to align young workers with the client’s social value goals.
By fostering a connection between the client’s workforce development strategy and our candidate pipeline, we ensured that our placements would contribute to the client’s immediate project needs and long-term objectives.
