Maintenance

Daniel Owen’s Maintenance division delivers recruitment services to the public and private maintenance sectors and the support services sector.  As an established and leading supplier we offer our large portfolio of clients a unique variety of recruitment solution packages for both temporary and permanent staff. Our consultants are handpicked for their extensive experience, industry qualifications and above all, passion for their work.  They listen, understand and create outstanding solutions for the specific needs of our clients and have enabled Daniel Owen to build and maintain a reputation for delivering the very highest level of service.

Public and Private Sector

As well as working across the private, domestic and commercial maintenance fields, our expertise within the Maintenance division has enabled us to secure significant contracts with both the MOD and the government’s Decent Homes programme. We also work extensively within the public sector as well as specialist supply to major boiler manufacturers, plumbing and heating companies, supplying them with fully-vetted and reference checked domestic, commercial and industrial gas engineers.

Our consultants have an unrivalled knowledge of responsive repairs, planned maintenance and void works within the social housing industry. Understanding, in detail, the skills that our clients require has enabled us to establish a strong and experienced candidate database of skilled and qualified operatives. We work closely with our clients and develop a real understanding of their unique needs.

This puts us in the best place to advise on a range of industry solutions – from a one off placement to a large-scale mobilisation project. We pride ourselves on our ability to select the most suitable candidate who will integrate easily into the existing workforce, whether on a contract basis or as a permanent member of staff.
