Associate Recruiter - Trades & Labour - Bristol

£27k - £30k per annum (DOE) + OTE earnings

This role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with our team of specialist Trades Consultants, learning and developing from their expertise. You will have the luxury of working towards a clear career pathway to what best suits your skill set, which could lead you to being a Recruitment Consultant, Delivery Consultant or Senior Associate.

Your impact/duties as an Associate Recruiter:

• Candidate Relationships: Not just over the phone, but face-to-face, you'll identify and develop existing and new candidate relationships
• Talent Sourcing: Seek out skilled individuals with the right qualifications and experience
• Recruitment Support: Provide general administrative support including maintaining accurate databases and candidate profiles
• Top-Tier Service: Deliver exceptional service to ensure repeat business and outstanding recommendations
