Associate Recruiter - Facilities Management - Manchester

£27k - £30k per annum (DOE) + OTE earnings

Our Facilities Management division has seen consistent growth across the UK and now our Manchester team is experiencing a surge in demand. That's why we're looking for a dynamic Associate Recruiter to join our fantastic team in Manchester and help us take this thriving sector to the next level.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with our team of specialist Facilities Management Consultants, learning and developing from their expertise. You will have the luxury of working towards a clear career pathway to what best suits your skill set, which could lead you to being a Recruitment Consultant, Delivery Consultant or Senior Associate.

Your impact/duties as an Associate Recruiter:

• Candidate Relationships: Not just over the phone, but face-to-face, you'll identify and develop existing and new candidate relationships
• Talent Sourcing: Seek out skilled individuals with the right qualifications and experience
• Recruitment Support: Provide general administrative support including maintaining accurate databases and candidate profiles
• Top-Tier Service: Deliver exceptional service to ensure repeat business and outstanding recommendations
