Associate Recruiter - Trades & Labour - London

£27k-£30k per annum (DOE) + OTE Earnings

Daniel Owen is looking for an Associate Recruiter to join the team in our office based in London.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with our team of experienced specialist consultants, recruiting within the booming Trades & Labour sector.

We are looking for Associate Recruiters who understand the recruitment process and are able to build strong candidate relationships whilst strengthening existing client relationships.

With this role offering the opportunity to work alongside some of our most knowledgeable recruiters, settling into this role would be nothing short of a breeze for someone eager to learn, develop and progress.

Your impact/duties as an Associate Recruiter:

  • Candidate Relationships: Not just over the phone, but face-to-face, you'll identify and develop existing and new candidate relationships
  • Talent Sourcing: Seek out skilled individuals with the right qualifications and experience
  • Recruitment Support: Provide general administrative support including maintaining accurate databases and candidate profiles
  • Top-Tier Service: Deliver exceptional service to ensure repeat business and outstanding recommendations
