About the Role

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Traffic Marshall (Banksman) to join an active construction site in High Ongar. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining site safety by managing vehicle movements and ensuring pedestrian safety at all times.

Key Responsibilities

• Directing site traffic and delivery vehicles safely

• Guiding plant and machinery movements

• Ensuring safe access and egress to the site

• Monitoring and controlling pedestrian routes

• Maintaining clear communication with drivers and site management

• Enforcing health & safety regulations at all times

Requirements

• Valid Traffic Marshall / Banksman ticket

• Previous experience on construction sites

• Strong awareness of health & safety procedures

• Good communication skills

• Reliable, punctual, and professional
