We are looking for a dependable and experienced Construction Site Handyman to join our team on projects across London. This is a hands-on role supporting site operations, ensuring work areas are maintained, and carrying out a variety of repair and maintenance tasks to keep projects running efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out general site maintenance and repairs.
• Complete minor carpentry, painting, patching, and finishing works.
• Install and repair temporary site fixtures, hoardings, fencing, and signage.
• Assist with snagging works and preparing completed areas for handover.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organised working environment.
• Support site managers and trades with general labour and maintenance duties.
• Report defects, damaged equipment, and health and safety concerns.
• Ensure all work is completed in line with health and safety regulations.

Requirements

• Previous experience working on construction sites.
• Good all-round handyman or multi-trade skills.
• Valid Blue CSCS Card (essential). Green CSCS Cards are not accepted for a handyman on our sites.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good understanding of site health and safety procedures.
• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking.
• Own basic hand tools preferred.
