Maintenance Carpenter (Multi Trade)

Hours: 40 hours per week
Location: North East patch covering Havering, Redbridge, and Waltham Forest
Role Type: Mobile
Rate: £19.80 per hour (equivalent to £41,270 per annum)

We are seeking experienced Carpenters to join a Responsive Repairs team, working across a North East housing portfolio on a temporary basis.

A company van will be provided for business use. A full UK driving licence is essential, and candidates must supply their own hand tools (power tools will be provided).

Key Responsibilities:

• Internal and external door fitting
• Splice repairs
• General locksmith work
• Bathroom subfloors, bath panels, and framework
• Kitchen repairs and refits
• General maintenance and repair work

Desirable Skills:

• Internal and external window repairs (including single and double glazing)
• Door repairs and lock refits
• NVQ or City & Guilds
