Daniel Owen are recruiting for a social housing contractor based in South East London. We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Carpenter to join their team on a permanent basis, working across social housing projects.

Package:

• £44,000
• Van and fuel card provided

Key Duties:

• Carpentry duties such as; hanging doors, multi-locks and latches, installation of double glazed units etc
• General Maintenance on occupied properties.

Requirements:

• Must have experience within social housing
• Must have a full UK Drivers License
• Must be qualified within Carpentry
