Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 am - 4:00 pm
Pay Rate: £26.82 per hour

We're looking for an experienced Carpenter Multi Trade to join a responsive maintenance team delivering repairs and maintenance services across a social housing contract within Kensington & Chelsea.

Responsibilities:

• Carrying out a variety of reactive and planned maintenance tasks across council-owned properties.
• Hanging doors and frames, fitting kitchens, and installing structural flooring finishes.
• Replacing locks, fitting baths and basins, tiling, painting, and decorating.
• Using a handheld electronic device to receive job instructions, update progress, and log completed works.

Requirements:

• Full UK Driving Licence (manual)
• City & Guilds Level 2 in Carpentry
