Job Description

We are currently looking for an experienced temporary cleaner for an immediate start.

Our client is seeking a reliable, hardworking, and experienced cleaner to join their team. This role is term time only (TTO) plus 10 additional days during the summer holidays.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday
15:00 - 18:00

Daily Responsibilities

• Ensure all classrooms, corridors, offices, toilets, and communal areas are cleaned to a high standard

• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish floors as required

• Empty bins and dispose of waste safely and hygienically

• Wipe down desks, tables, and other surfaces daily

• Clean and sanitise washrooms, replenishing soap, towels, and toilet paper as needed

• Dust furniture, fittings, and fixtures

• Use cleaning materials and equipment safely and store correctly

• Report any maintenance issues or hazards to the Site Manager

• Follow all health and safety procedures, including COSHH and safeguarding policies

• Assist with deep cleaning during school holidays as required

Requirements

• Previous cleaning experience essential

• Must hold a valid Enhanced DBS certificate

• Must be local to Menston or have access to own vehicle

• Reliable and punctual
