Job Title: Electrical Improver - Prison Refurbishment Project

Location: Wandsworth, London

Rate: £160 per day
Job Type: Contract / Full-Time (8-hour days, Monday to Friday)
Duration: Up to 2 years

A long-term commercial project in Wandsworth is seeking Electrical Improvers to support electricians on a large-scale prison refurbishment project. This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience while working on a secure, high-profile site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with installation and modification of containment
• Replace trunking lids
• Support installation of emergency lighting systems
• Assist with running final circuits
• Help provide power supplies to mechanical equipment
• Work alongside electricians to deliver projects efficiently
• Maintain high standards of health & safety on site

Requirements:

• ECS Card (Gold preferred)
• EL1 Clearance (essential for site access)
• Previous experience in electrical installation
• Willingness to learn and work as part of a team
