Salary: £43,992.04 per annum + Van & Fuel Card

Daniel Owen are currently seeking a qualified Electrician to join a leading social housing provider carrying out electrical domestic duties across occupied and void domestic properties.

In this role, you will be responsible for carrying out repairs, maintenance, EICRs and any associated remedial works to achieve satisfactory outcomes, and undertaking both reactive and planned maintenance. You will work closely with other trades and office staff to deliver a high-quality service while providing excellent customer service to tenants.

Requirements for the Electrician

• Level 3 in Electrotechnical Services
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
• City & Guilds 2391 Inspection & Testing
• NVQ Level3/AM2 Qualification preferred
• Full UK Manual Driving Licence
• Experience carrying out EICRs, remedial works, and domestic electrical maintenance
• Social housing experience desirable
