Building Fabric Engineer

Salary: Up to £35,000 + Overtime + Mileage
The Role:
Working across multiple sites in and around Leeds, carrying out building fabric maintenance including reactive repairs and PPMs. This is a hands-on role supporting general upkeep and small works across commercial environments.
Key Duties:
- General fabric repairs (doors, walls, ceilings, flooring)
- Painting, decorating, and basic maintenance
- Minor plumbing and basic electrical tasks
- PPM and reactive maintenance
- Small refurbishments and repairs
- Updating job reports and liaising with site teams
- Ensuring H&S compliance
Requirements:
- Experience in a Fabric Engineer / Handyman / Maintenance role
- Background in FM or commercial environments
- Multi-skilled (joinery, basic plumbing, decorating)
- Able to work independently across sites
- Full UK driving licence
Hours:
Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
