Finishing manager

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Finishing Manager to join our team on a busy construction site in Fairford. You will be responsible for overseeing the final stages of build, ensuring all plots are completed to a high standard, on time, and ready for handover.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee 2nd fix works across multiple plots
• Manage and coordinate snagging activities to ensure timely completion
• Ensure all finishes meet quality standards and client expectations
• Work closely with subcontractors and site teams to drive progress
• Monitor health and safety compliance on site
• Support site management in achieving project deadlines

Requirements:

• Valid CSCS Card
• SMSTS qualification
• First Aid at Work certificate
• Full UK driving licence
• Proven experience in a similar Finishing Manager role within residential construction
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple plots
